Simultaneous interpreting for high-stakes events

Technical interpretation for international conferences, product launches, and corporate events.

  • Real-time interpreting for conferences and panels, delivered with booth or headset setup.

  • Interpreting in short segments for meetings, site visits, and smaller sessions where a booth is not needed.

  • We collect materials in advance and help speakers and interpreters align on terminology and rhythm.

  • We coordinate with your venue or AV team to confirm audio requirements and run pre-event checks where needed, reducing on-the-day stress.

What we provide:

A man holding a microphone and gesturing while speaking to a large audience in an auditorium.
  • We confirm languages, format, agenda, and any sensitivities, then outline the staffing and technical setup.

  • We propose interpreters suited to your subject matter and format, with availability locked in early.

  • We coordinate schedules, materials, and tech, and run sound checks before doors open.

  • We manage arrival, handovers, and any schedule changes so delivery stays steady throughout.

Our process:

Recent Project

Client: Renewable energy developer

Region: Europe & Middle East

What we provided: We supported a series of investor roadshows and technical training sessions using a hybrid model: an on-site AV technician for rapid venue setup, plus a remote team of simultaneous interpreters delivering multiple languages. With only around an hour of venue access before go-live, we built a repeatable setup-and-testing process that ensured reliable audio and seamless language access at every stop.

What to expect from us:

  • We staff for judgement, delivery, and professionalism, not just language. You get interpreters who can operate calmly in real environments and handle live delivery with confidence.

  • You get one point of contact. We manage briefing, scheduling, and continuity so you are not managing multiple freelancers while you are trying to run an event.

  • We request the right materials early and support terminology prep so sessions sound natural and accurate. Less risk on the day, better audience experience.

  • If the schedule changes or someone becomes unavailable, we adjust quickly and keep the interpreting covered.
